How do I prepare for my haircut?
Grab a seat and relax. All we ask is that you position your chair in an area where barber will have ample lighting. (CBS also has portable chairs and for all corporate events provides a virtual barbershop)
Clean-up after the haircut?
Concierge Barber Services brings in a portable handheld vacuum to clean up after the service is completed, along with laying down a cloth below the chair.
Can I purchase your services as a gift for somebody?
Yes! Concierge Barber Services has both E-Certificates available under the Gift section as well as traditional Certificates available for purchase.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you’d like to cancel your appointment please contact Concierge Barber Services within 12 hours of your service for a full refund. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late to your appointment please call Concierge Barber Services at (902) 201-5299. If you are more than 25 minutes late to your appointment without informing us, you will be charged the full amount and need to reschedule.
Private Event Cancellation Policy?
If you book a private event with Concierge Barber Services for either weddings, corporate or special events; any last minute cancelation while our barber is en route or on-site will be charged the full rate of travel, set-up and specialty gift items. Any cancellations within 1 week of event will be charged for delivered gift items: all other charges will be fully refunded.
